We are excited to welcome you to our campus and provide you with all we have to offer during your time attending community college!

If you are interest in living on AIC's campus during the academic year while attending either Springfield Technical Community College (STCC) or Holyoke Community College (HCC), please see the steps below!

STEP 1:

If you are interested in living on campus at AIC, complete the Housing Interest Form for your school to submit your interest to AIC Residence Life. Students over the age of 18 years old enrolled full-time or part-time at Springfield Technical Community College (STCC) or Holyoke Community College (HCC) and in good academic, conduct, and other standings with AIC and STCC/HCC will be eligible for placement in housing.

STEP 2:

AIC Residence Life will reach out to you within 3-5 business days to confirm your interest form submission and the next steps for you on how to apply for housing using AIC credentials.

STEP 3:

You will have access to the AIC MyHousing Portal using your new AIC credentials. You will then apply for housing using the "Community College Student AIC Housing Application" on the MyHousing Portal.
