New to AIC?
If you are a new student or employee, please have your AIC email and an initial password sent to your personal email address ready. Please check all your email folders in case it was filed incorrectly. Please note that this email will arrive once your account has been set up by IT.
- Log into the https://aka.ms/mfasetup to set up your new authentication security questions and verification notification device.
- Once complete click this link to see the AIC Apps available: https://myapps.microsoft.com/.

Current student or employee? Having trouble logging in?
Have you logged into the https://aka.ms/mfasetup to set up your new authentication security questions and verification notification device? If not, please login using your AIC credentials, it will then prompt you to set up security questions and verification options. You will also need to select remember this device. It is important that you complete the sign-up for security questions and verification by email or phone.
Returning or former student?
Your login will remain active for 1 year after graduating or completing your time at AIC. If you currently do not have an active login, and are looking for things such as your official transcript, please visit the Registrar's webpage at www.aic.edu/registrar. You can also call the HelpDesk at 413-205-3402 if you need assistance.
